UBZ12 U/ box beam assembling machine
1. Structure principle
This is the special equipemnt for bottom plate, web plate and
baffle plate of box beam. It is composed of main machine, roller
conveyor, centering device, positioning device, hydraulic system
and electric control box.
Main machine is composed of moving boom, column, upper cross boom.
Upper platform, upper press part, side press part.
The two moving boom have one motor reducer for each, driving the
four moving wheel working, which form double driving system and
make sure working stable.
There have guide rail on the column and upper cross boom, which
make moving for side press part and upper press part. There have
lifting oil cylinder on the top of vertical boom and driving the
elevating moving of side press part. On two end of upper boom there
have moving oil cylinder and driving horizontal moving of upper
The upper press part is install on the guide rail of upper cross
boom, it can make horizontal move on upper cross boom. The upper
press part is composed of upper press oil cylinder, press head,
slide base, C shape frame. It good advantage is the press force
don’t reach to the roller, it is bearing by press head and C shape
frame, which avoid there have heavy force damage the roller.
The side press part install on the vertical guide rail, it can make
elevating moving along to the column. The side press part is
composed of side press oil cylinder, press head, slide base. The
backward force of side press part is transmission from moving boom
guide wheel to moving guide rail. So the moving guide rail should
be installing well.
Roller conveyor is including 6pcs roller conveyors, that is one
drive roller conveyor drive five idler roller conveyors working at
Centering device have one group 3pcs fixed on the roller conveyor.
When working, adjusting the two slide arm by manual, closing to the
bottom plate of box beam. Then hang the web plate to the slide arm.
Make sure the web plate close to bottom plate and baffle plate
.Last make sure all the plate are in center.
Positioning device have one group 3pcs fixed on the roller
conveyor, staggered installation with centered device, the
structure is similar with centering device, there have one forward/
reverse screw rod drive two positioning wheel moving at same
direction and opposite direction. This makes sure the center
position when U shape beam come back to the roller conveyor.
The hydraulic system install on the platform. Supply the power for
upper press part, upper press moving oil cylinder, side press part,
side elevating oil cylinder.
Electric control system is composed of electric control box and
operation box. The electric control box install on the platform,
two operation boxes install on the two side of column. The electric
control box is not only control the forward/ reverse turning of
moving motor, but control the electromagnetic valve of hydraulic
station, and have the function that the hydraulic station control
the press/ loose of upper press part, forward/backward of upper
press moving oil cylinder, press/loose of side press part and
elevating of side press elevating oil cylinder.
